At Furbaby Pet Care, we’ve always believed that what we do is about more than just dogs and cats. It’s about people, connection, and the bond that forms when you trust someone to care for a member of your family. That belief is what inspired us to launch a new project that’s been quietly growing behind the scenes: our very own podcast.
The name says it all…
From our incredible team of caregivers and our trusted clients, to the pets who become part of our day-to-day lives—we really do operate like a family. We support one another, we learn from one another, and we care deeply about doing things the right way.
In our very first episode, I sit down with my husband, Riley Hawreluik—who co-owns Furbaby Pet Care with me—and our podcast host, Christina Cherneskey, who also happens to be our Communications Manager. Together, we talk about how this journey began, why we chose to build a 24/7 pet care campus, and what the word “family” truly means to us in the work we do.
This episode is a candid, honest conversation about the vision behind Furbaby and the values we hold close every day. You’ll hear about the early days, the challenges and the triumphs, and how our mission has never changed: to treat every furbaby with the love, safety, and respect they deserve.
