Celebrating Rogue, Our Longest Client
One client story that perfectly illustrates the special bond we build is Rogue’s. Rogue has been with us since she was just a playful puppy, back when her mom was still in school. Watching Rogue grow and thrive over the years has been such a joy for all of us at Furbaby. To honour Rogue and her family’s loyalty, we are thrilled to offer them a month of free daycare as a small token of our appreciation. Thank you for being such an important part of our journey!
Winter Care Updates
With the colder months in full swing, we want to ensure your pets remain safe and comfortable. Here are some important winter care updates:
- No walks at -25°C with windchill: For the safety of both our walkers and your pets, we’ve adjusted our services to home visits during extreme cold weather. These visits provide the same personalized care and attention at no additional cost.
- Paw protection tips: After walks, make sure to remove snow from your pet’s paws to prevent frostbite. Watch out for salts and sands on driveways and sidewalks—these can cause burns or irritation. A quick wipe of their paws can make all the difference!
Service and Communication Updates
We’re always striving to improve our services, and with that comes a few growing pains:
- Gingr booking platform update: While we’ve been using Gingr for several years to streamline bookings, a recent update has introduced some challenges. We’re actively working to resolve these issues and appreciate your patience during this time.
- New phone system: Similarly, our new phones are taking some getting used to. Please know we’re addressing these issues to ensure seamless communication. In the meantime, email remains the most reliable way to reach us.

As we navigate these seasonal and operational changes, our commitment to providing top-tier care for your pets remains unwavering. Whether your pets are visiting us at our campus or we’re stopping by your home, you can rest assured that their well-being is always our top priority.
Our staff absolutely loves what they do. Taking care of your pups brings joy to their day, and getting to know each pet and their unique personality makes our work so rewarding. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your pets’ lives!
