A Merry Christmas Message: Reflecting on 2025
Looking back on the past twelve months, I feel filled with gratitude for the amazing community we’ve built together. This year has brought so many memorable moments. I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished as a team.
Furbaby at the SaskTel Saskatchewan Jazz Festival
One of the highlights was being a sponsor of the 2025 SaskTel Saskatchewan Jazz Festival. During the festival, we watched dog attendees for free. Additionally, we donated $250 each to three organisations close to our hearts. These included SPCA Saskatoon, Saskatoon Dog Rescue, and New Hope Dog Rescue. Seeing so many happy pups enjoying the music and sunshine brought us pure joy!
Our Continued Commitment to Saskatoon Animal Welfare
Speaking of the SPCA, I continue to volunteer my time on their Board of Directors. I feel honoured to serve in this capacity. Working alongside such dedicated animal advocates reminds me daily why we do what we do.
In August, we had a blast at the Show and Shine event downtown. There, we connected with our community and celebrated our love for all things furry and four-legged.
Furbaby Supporting Our Community in Crisis
When the Northern Saskatchewan and Manitoba fires struck, families and their pets faced displacement. Immediately, we knew we had to help. As a result, we fully sponsored stays for dogs who needed a safe place during that difficult time.
We’ve also worked closely with Interval House to assist women and their pets. This ensures that families can stay together during their most challenging moments. No one should have to choose between their safety and their beloved companion.
Investing in Excellence at Furbaby
Throughout the year, our team has continued growing and learning. We’ve pursued ongoing training in Pet First Aid and CPR, Align Canine training, and Dog Handlers Academy. We are committed to providing the best possible care for your fur babies. And, as such, we never stop our education.
Looking Ahead to 2026
As we look ahead to 2026, we’re already planning some exciting events! In January, we’ll host “Warm Hearts, Wagging Tails and Cold Noses.” We’ll offer complimentary coffees, cookies, and puppuccinos, plus a special raffle prize. Also, we’re proud sponsors of The Last Great Walz on January 22nd. We have two tickets to give away to our clients. Keep an eye out for our “New Year, New You” grooming promotion coming soon!
